How much does domain registration cost?
The cost for domain registration is $35 per year. This is inclusive of all registrar fees. We bill our customers directly, and remit the registration fee to
the official ICANN accredited registrar.
Charges will
appear on your credit card statement as Dynaserve
Technologies Ltd. Dynaserve is a Canadian company, and the
final charges appearing on your statement may vary slightly
depending on the US exchange rate on the day of billing.

Why is your
website called FreeDomainReservation.com?
Free Domain Reservation means
you can park your domain(s) on our servers free, reserving
them for later use!
There is no
purchase required to take advantage of our free services if
you already own your domain name. If you have already registered
your domain name through another registration service you can
transfer to us for free domain parking.

Is webhosting included with the domain registration?
Webhosting is available at no additional charge from our
webhosting partner 20MegsFree.com.
The free webhosting
is sponsored by banner advertisements. Bannerless hosting is
available as a paid upgrade only. 20MegsFree hosting account is
a subdomain of 20MegsFree.com (yourname.20megsfree.com). Domain
Forwarding service is required to redirect registered Domain
Name to 20MegsFree subdomain URL. Basic Domain Forwarding
Service is available at no charge. If you do not require
webhosting, you may take advantage of our free
under construction page.

Can I cancel my
domain registration?
No. The registrar has a very strict cancellation policy.
Once a registration has been processed it is non-cancelable
and non-refundable.

Domain Registration
How long does it take to process the registration?
Once your domain application
has been submitted, it must be reviewed by our staff to ensure
accuracy and completeness, and to verify payment. Domain
applications are then submitted to the Registrar for
registration, and will be added to the root name servers
within 24hours.

I just registered my domain - why does it still show up as
'available'?
Please allow up to 24hours for your new domain
registration(s) to be added to the root name servers.

Will I receive
confirmation once my domain registration has been completed?
No. We do not send final confirmation of registration.
Please allow 24Hours for your new registration to be added to
the root name servers, then search for your domain using the
search box on our site. You will see your domain record. The
WHOIS record serves as your official proof of ownership. You
will be notified if there is a problem with your submission.

Domain Transfer
How do I transfer my domain to my webhosting ISP?
Email DNS modifications to dnsadmin@dynaserve.com and we will update your domain record.
In the subject line put 'DNS Change'. In the body of the email
specify the domain name you wish to transfer, and the Primary and Secondary DNS information
(hostnames and IP numbers) of the ISP that will be hosting your site.
Transfer requests must come from the email address of the
registered domain owner.

How do I
transfer my domain to FreeDomainReservation.com for Free
Domain Parking or Domain Forwarding?
Please contact the registration service you originally used to register your domain name, and request the DNS change through them.
You will need to provide the following information to transfer your domain to our servers:

How long does a
domain transfer take?
Domain transfers typically take 36hours to take effect and
propagate throughout the Internet. The Registrar is currently
experiencing extended delays in processing transfers due to
high volumes.

How can I check
to see if my DNS Transfer has been completed?
You can search your domain record at www.NSIRegistry.com
to see the new Primary and Secondary DNS information of your
webhosting ISP.

Is there any cost to transfer my
domain?
There is no cost to perform a DNS change to move your domain name to or
from our servers. There is a fee for Registrar Transfer.
Registrar transfer involves moving your domain from one
Registrar to another, and it includes an additional year of
domain registration.

Why can't I modify my domain record at networksolutions.com?
Networksolutions is no longer the central source for domain names
- there are many new ICANN accredited registrars worldwide. We
do not submit registrations through Network Solutions,
therefore you can not view or modify your domain records
there. Please submit any domain modifications directly to us
at dnsadmin@dynaserve.com
and we will update your domain record accordingly.
